INGREDIENTS:
- 2 ½ cup finely chopped fresh spinach (approx. 10 cups fresh)
- 5 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon fresh dill or 1 ½ teaspoon dried dill
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Process spinach in food processor until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve with Breads from Anna Pita Chips.
