INGREDIENTS: 

  • Prepared Pizza Crust (or grilled!)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups sliced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. fresh sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. olives
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS: Lightly brush top of pizza with equal parts oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella slices.
