Warm up in the colder months with this colorful Apple Cranberry Almond Crumble made with our gluten free pie crust mix.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 medium sized apples, peeled, cored and med dice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 Pie Crust Mix from Anna, prepared per package instructions (use half of the dough to press into bottom of nine inch pan, extra dough can be frozen)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake for one hour or until apples are tender.
Cool and serve with yogurt for breakfast or ice cream for a dessert treat.
