INGREDIENTS:
- 4 prepared gluten-free wraps (using Breads from Anna Yeast Free Bread Mix or Corn & Dairy Free Bread Mix)
- 8 slices deli ham
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard
- Chopped tomato, pickle, and onion used as relish (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Warm wrap slightly on flat bread maker or skillet (until warm)
- Spread each wrap with mustard; dividing equally between 4 wraps
- Layer 2 slices ham on each wrap
- Layer 1 slice of cheese on each wrap
- Sprinkle with spoonful of relish (if desired)
- Roll into tube shape
- Cut in half and serve immediately
