DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Mix wet ingredients (egg, milk, oil).
  3. Add wet mixture to flour.
  4. Pour or scoop the batter onto a griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  5. When bubbles form, flip the pancake over.
  6. Remove from pan when golden brown.
